The process involves five important steps that require a lot of time and effort:

We reach your potential tenants with our extensively broadcast advertising. Exposés, photos, and our advertising are created by our in-house graphics department.
In advance, we obtain self-disclosures from the respective perspective tenants and only arrange a viewing appointment after viewing them. We check the creditworthiness of all prospective tenants by means of “Schufa” information as well as proof of income and previous landlord certificates.
The property inspections take place promptly and effectively. We then present you with all the documents of the prospective tenants and you decide on one of the applicants. We draw up the form rental agreements with individual addenda for you (without legal advice).
In the final step, the handover takes place with a handover protocol. This creates the basis for a lasting good cooperation between both contracting parties, tenant, and landlord.
